An MCC Crew sponsored by Glacier Cyclery builds a turnpike on the trail in early May 2022. The turnpike is an elevated trail with a culvert beneath to allow water flow. This area is seasonally wet, and can get boggy, especially in the spring. The turnpike keeps the trail safe, dry, and usable.
